This resource is designed as a user-friendly tool for students, researchers, and the general public.

First published in January 2007, this site is the result of a graduate-level project based upon the ombudsman's work as a complaint handler within many settings such as universities, hospitals, and government agencies.  It's purpose is to provide a comprehensive guide to a large variety of ombudsmen working in the United States.
